The purpose of GC Entrepreneurs is to help students who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs after graduation or for those who are interested in entrepreneurship as a hobby, but aren’t sure what to do with their passion. Our chapter holds weekly meetings, often featuring local professionals discussing the details of their field and providing BAP members with advice aimed to increase their professional success. We have been nationally recognized as a Gold or Superior chapter for over a decade. The Mu Zeta chapter at Valdosta State University was founded in 2007 and installed in 2009. This includes promoting the study and practice of accounting, finance and information systems, providing opportunities for self-development, service and association among members and practicing professionals, and encouraging a sense of ethical, social, and public responsibility. The primary objective of Beta Alpha Psi is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the business information field. Beta Alpha Psi (BAP) is an honorary organization for financial information students and professionals.
